Regional School District 13 to Hold Tag Sale for Excess Furniture, Inventory
The district, which contains Durham and Middlefield, is closing one of its school buildings.

DURHAM, CT — Regional School District 13 will hold a tag sale on Oct. 22 to sell off excess furniture and inventory from the former Francis E. Korn Elementary School in Durham, which the district closed to elementary students, reports the Meriden Record-Journal.
Tables, desks, chairs, filing cabinets and other items will be up for sale. Prior to the sale, the Town of Durham will have first crack at the equipment to reuse in government offices.
Some of the furniture and inventory is from other Region 13 schools besides Korn, which is now used for meeting space and and state police training.
