Resident Trooper, State Says Stay Alert, Durham

"See something, hear something, know something report it to police immediately."

DURHAM, CT — In light of the recent bombings in New York and New Jersey, the Office of the Durham Resident State Trooper and the Connecticut State Police are reminding local residents to stay alert and report suspicious occurrences.

"See Something Say Something doesn't just mean if you 'see' something suspicious, but if you hear or over hear something, or know something too," they wrote in a post on the Residents of the Town of Durham's Facebook page. "See something, hear something, know something report it to police immediately."

In addition to calling 911, anonymous tips can be sent via text (with "TIP711" and the information) to 274637.
