Decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission
At its October 15, 2018 regular meeting, the Commission voted to:

1. Approve the Application of LaRosa Middlefield LLC, for Special Permit or Special Exception; Construction of Paved Parking Lot and Conversion of Existing Building to a Restaurant, 340 sq.ft. Addition; 275 Baileyville Road, with conditions.

1. Approve the Petition for Zone Change and/or Amendment to Zoning Regulations by for Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort, LLC; Addition of “Short-Term Event-Based Camping” to Section 08.08.01, “Short-Term Event-Based Camping in conjunction with approved events. Applicant is required to obtain a license from the First Selectman for camping events in accordance with section 19a-435 through 19a-443 of the Connecticut General Statutes” and 08.08.02, to add camping sites. Effective November 5, 2018.
