Restaurant Proposal Before Middlefield Zoning Commission
The PZC met earlier this week and took up several items.

MIDDLEFIELD, CT — At its September 17, 2018 regular meeting, the Middlefield Planning and Zoning Commission voted to:
1. Approve the Application of The Lyman Farm, Inc., for Special Permit or Special Exception; Modify Existing Special Permit to Include Night Golfing Activities; 700 Main Street.
2. Continue the Public Hearing for LaRosa Middlefield LLC, Application for Special Permit or Special Exception; Construction of Paved Parking Lot and Conversion of Existing Building to a Restaurant, 340 sq.ft. Addition; 275 Baileyville Road to October 15, 2018.

3. Continue the Public Hearing for Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort, LLC, Petition for Zone Change and/or Amendment to Zoning Regulations; Addition of “Short-Term Event-Based Camping” to Section 08.08.01 and 08.08.02 to October 15, 2018.
4. Continue the Public Hearing for Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort, LLC, Application for Special Permit or Special Exception; Add Short-Term Event-Based Camping; 99 Powder Hill Road to October 15, 2018.
