Senior Day

As you already know, we will be celebrating our seniors tomorrow before the game. If you have not RSVP’d to me about who will be on the field with you, please let me know ASAP. I need to give Mr. Nystrom the list.

In my earlier email, I asked everyone to be at the field ready to line up by 12;20. I am now hoping that I can get you all there and ready to go by 12:10-12:15ish, so we can start the ceremony BEFORE 12:30. I ask this because it is very important that we have everyone off the field no later than 12:45, so the football players can continue their pregame routine and we will still have enough time to honor our veteran all before the 1:00 game start time.

We have 20 seniors to celebrate. We would like to give them the time and attention they rightfully have deserved. We don’t want to rush everyone on and off the field. It will take some time to get through the entire list of cheerleaders and football players. IF we can start early, we would like to!!! 
Here is what is supposed to happen:

@12:15ish- Parents and families will line up by gate in alphabetical order with cheerleader families in front.
@12:18ish – Mr. Nystrom will announce for families to come out onto the center of field.
@12:23ish- Underclass cheerleaders will form line with senior football players( for cheerleaders to go through)
@12:25ish – Mr. Nystrom will announce each senior starting with cheerleaders. Football players will give cheerleaders a rose. 
@12:30ish –Seniors meet each of us on the field, we take pictures! We celebrate our Super Seniors!
It will be tricky to try to fit everyone in a group picture, but we will try.. bring your wide lens camera.
