The Connecticut State Police provided the following information:<ul><li>Sex: Male</li><li>Race: Hispanic</li><li>Hair: Brown</li><li>Eyes: Brown</li><li>Height: 5'7"</li><li>Weight: 149 lbs.</li><li>Last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts and black sneakers</li></ul>No photo is available.
