A SPECIAL TOWN MEETING of the Electors and Citizens qualified to vote at Town Meetings of the Town of Durham will be held the 3rd Floor Meeting Room, Town Hall, on Monday, June 24, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. for the following purpose:

1. To transfer $4,763 from #8432705 Cemetery Stone Repairs Reserve; $1,775 to #432705-56900 Cemetery Company for the repair of historically significant grave marker repairs and $2,998 to #100591-44867 Durham Cemetery Company Revenue

2. To transfer $75,887 in the fy19-20 budget from #8430305-57324 Public Works Vehicle Reserve to #9430305-57324 CIP Public Works Vehicles for the purchase of a 2018 Ford F-550.

3. To discuss and vote on the question of whether the Town of Durham shall join the Middletown Area Transit District, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 103a of the Connecticut General Statutes, as revised.
