Summer Mindfulness Retreat is open for registration

A morning retreat of kindfulness and presence: no experience necessary

The Buddhist Faith Fellowship will be hosting its 15th annual mindfulness retreat at the beautiful College of East Asian Studies in Middletown, CT on July 23rd. The theme is Kindfulness, which underscores non-judgmental awareness, lovingkindness, and the present moment. This retreat will be facilitated by one of Connecticut’s most well-known Buddhist teachers, Senpai Daishin.

Our 3-hour morning retreat includes: basic sitting meditation instruction, conscious breathing, sitting, walking, and voice meditation, and noble silence. Preregistration is necessary. See web site for deadline. Visit www.bffct.org
