Pizza and Bluegrass to Benefit HELO Haiti

A pizza and bluegrass night will be held at Middlefield Federated Church, Middlefield, Sat. October 24, from 6 to 9:00 p.m.

Join us for a night of homemade pizza, pasta, ice cream and music by Middlefield’s own Bill Mintz and his bluegrass band on Saturday, October 24, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Middlefield Federated Church, 402 Main Street, Middlefield, to benefit HELO Haiti. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for children 12 and under. Children under 3 are free.

HELO is an orphanage located outside the city of Les Cayes on Haiti’s western peninsula. Their mission is to provide Home, Education, Love and Opportunity to orphaned and abandoned children in Haiti. HELO consists of three homes housing a total of 54 children who are cared for by loving house parents, and also includes a school which is open to children in the surrounding community.
