Keeping consistent with the theme of more emphasis on Agriculture, the Directors of the Association voted to swap the location of our Horse Pulling Ring with our Motorized Events ring. According to Daniel Miramant, Durham Fair President, "This made great sense for the Fair in that the Horse Pull Ring used to be in the center of our grounds and was a focal point. There were numerous logistical issues in favor of swapping these two rings."
Starting this Sunday, May 17 at 9am, the big move will get underway. As always, we invite and encourage volunteers to come down and be a part of the Durham Fair. All are welcome!
