This vote is for Jon Brayshaw

I have worked with a lot of people in our small community since I moved to Middlefield almost 10 years ago.  The truth is, every time you go to some town event or see some progress made around Middlefield, someone had to make a plan, execute the plan and follow up on it. Each project seems to take on a personality of it's own, often reflecting upon the people that bring it life. To cut to the chase. I have sat on numerous committees with Jon Brayshaw. Nearly every project that comes to fruition in Middlefield, most often has a piece of Jon's character woven into its fabric. He supports the missions of many that love and care about Middlefield, a sign of a true leader. A vote for Jon is a vote for a strong advocate for the people of this town.

He loves this town.

His character is genuine.

He's non-confrontational. 

He doesn't overreact.

He'll pick up the phone when you call

..or welcome you to a chat in his office. 

He listens without interrupting.

He knows who the doers are and lets them do. 

He'll be honest when an idea doesn't seem logical to him.

…and when it is logical, he'll support it.

He is wary of technology and he's probably right to be.

He has a great sense of humor and he's not afraid to use it.

He's full of really awesome stories that bring Middlefield's history to life. 

His meetings are relaxed and welcoming and sometimes best over a cup of coffee.

He's an advocate for our children. He shows up at schools, games, assemblies, shows and pays genuine interest in their positive growth.

He an advocate for veterans. He never misses a ceremony.

He's an advocate for seniors, assuring their importance in Middlefield.

He celebrates those who wish to start a business or maintain one in town.

He cares about preserving the towns integrity buy not mucking with the things that sustains its character.
