The eligible voters of the Town of Durham are hereby warned that the SPECIAL TOWN MEETING will be held in the Julian B. Thayer Auditorium, Coginchaug Regional High School, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, to consider the following items:
1. To elect one member to fill a vacancy on the Board of Education Finance Subcommittee, said term to expire October 31, 2022
2. To transfer $154,192 from #8430305-57324 Public Works Vehicle Reserve to #9430305-57391 CIP Public Works Equipment for the purchase of a 2022 Caterpillar Model #930M Wheel Loader as recommended by the Board of Finance at their February 15, 2022 meeting
3. To transfer $32,359 from #8420305-57322 Fire Department Fire Apparatus Reserve to #9420305-57394 CIP Fire Department Equipment for the balance of funding required to purchase fifteen (15) Air-Pak’s as recommended by the Board of Finance at their February 15, 2022 meeting
4. To amend the Town’s existing Utilities Ordinance, Section § 16-2 Well-Drilling and Section § 16-21 through § 16-23 Sewage
