Durham Activity Center, Second Floor, 350 Main Street
Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson (1st, 2nd, and booster doses) available
Ages 12+ (Anyone aged 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
Bring your vaccine card.
It is recommended to wear a shirt with loose-fitting sleeves.
