Town To Hold Online Meeting On Main Street Sidewalks

The informational meeting is open to the public and will include a presentation on the plans for the overall project.

The purpose of this public informational meeting is to present information and discuss the overall project, which includes select areas of sidewalk and lighting on the west side of Main Street (Route 17) from 6 Main Street at the Main Street/Route 79 intersection, northward to 360 Main Street at the intersection of Main Street and Haddam Quarter Road.

Included is a short section of sidewalk on the East side of Main Street in the area of Dari-Serve.

A presentation will be made by members of the Town of Durham and Nathan L. Jacobson & Associates. All interested persons are invited to attend. Public comments and questions welcomed. This hearing is accessible to the handicapped.

Revised preliminary drawings will be available on the town website on February 15th, please visit www.townofdurhamct.org/public-hearings for meeting information.
