NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Town Budget Meeting of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in a Town Meeting of the Town of Middlefield, will be held in the auditorium at the Middlefield Community Center, 405 Main Street, in said Town of Middlefield, Connecticut, on Monday, May 9th, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. for the following purposes to wit:

1. To act on the Board of Finance proposal for the General Government, Education, and Capital Nonrecurring Budgets for the Fiscal Year July 1st, 2022, through June 30th, 2023.
2. To elect two (2) electors of the Town of Middlefield to serve on the Durham Middlefield Interlocal Agreement Advisory Board (DMIAAB). Terms from July 1st, 2022, to June 30th, 2024.

3. To elect two (2) electors of the Town of Middlefield to serve on the Board of Education of Regional School District 13. Terms from July 1st, 2022, to June 30th, 2025.
4. To elect one (1) elector of the Town of Middlefield to serve on the Board of Education Finance Committee of Regional School District 13. Term from July 1st, 2022, to June 30th, 2024.
At this meeting any and all citizens may appear and be heard. Signed written communications will be received no later than 4 P.M. on the above date by submitting to the First Selectman, PO Box 179, 393 Jackson Hill Rd, Middlefield, CT 06455.

This meeting is called by the Board of Selectmen of Middlefield, Connecticut, this 19th day of April, 2022.
