Decisions of Zoning Board of Appeals

At its November 23, 2021 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:

1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 14 1/2 foot front yard variance from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow for the enlargement of the existing front porch to the 96 Cedar Street property consistent with the application presented.
