At its October 26, 2021 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:

1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 38 foot “assumed street line” variance from Section 4.8.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow an existing outbuilding and fire pond at 116 Cedar Street to be incorporated into 114 Cedar Street. Applicant/Owner: Joseph Konefal, Jr.
