The Town Planning and Zoning Commission of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT 06455, on the following:

1. Adoption of a Regulation Prohibiting all Cannabis Related Uses, Section 3.7
2. Adoption of Projections Regulations, Section 4.5.9 and Section 4.5.1
3. Adoption of Adult Oriented Business Regulations, Section 6.7
4. Adoption of New Definitions- Section 2

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of these proposals are on file in the Land Use Office, Middlefield Community Center and at the Middlefield Town Clerk’s Office.
