The Town Planning and Zoning Commission of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT 06455, on the following:

Joseph Mineri, Timberwood Construction, LLC- Applicant, Robert W. Treat & Jeanette A. Treat, Owners, for a 4 lot Subdivision at 31 High Street & Baileyville Road, Assessor Map 10, Block 10.5, Lot 82, Zone MD.

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of this proposal is on file in the Land Use Office, Middlefield Community Center.
