The Town Zoning Board of Appeals of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Middlefield Community Center, 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT, on the following application:

Property Location: 114 Cedar Street, Tax Assessor’s Map #5, Lot #108-2
Proposed Activity: Request for a 38 foot “assumed street line” variance from Section 4.8.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow an existing outbuilding and fire pond at 116 Cedar Street to be incorporated into 114 Cedar Street.
At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Administration Building for public inspection.
