Tuscany Grill introduces fall menu selections

Signature entrees include herb chicken, pan seared scallops, grilled salmon and grilled pork tenderloin.

MIDDLETOWN – An autumn dinner menu featuring special dishes with fall favorites has been added to Tuscany Grill’s regular menu. Signature entrees include herb chicken,
pan seared scallops, grilled salmon and grilled pork tenderloin. Entrée prices range from $19 to $25.

“First Plates” menu items:
* Zucchini, spinach and feta cheese fritters with Sriracha aioli, $8
* Butternut squash ravioli with pancetta and a sherry cream sauce, $12;
* Tuscan veal meatballs with peppers, onions, marinara, $9.50

On the Fields of Green section of the menu:
* Roasted beet and goat cheese with field greens and fig & honey dressing, $11
* Cider glazed chicken with Granny Smith apple, fennel and maple balsamic dressing, $11

Entrée selections are:
* Herb chicken, fig and olive tapenade, goat cheese risotto cake, sautéed green beans, $19
* Pan seared scallops, pumpkin and pancetta risotto, sautéed green beans, roasted beet puree, $25
* Grilled salmon, pumpkin seed and coriander pesto, roasted potato, sautéed green beans, $22
* Apple cider and ginger beer glazed pork tenderloin, root veggie, mashed potato, $19
* Grilled pork tenderloin, orange caramel pan sauce, sautéed broccoli, parmesan and basil risotto, $19
