WEATHER UPDATE: Stormy Weather in Durham, Middlefield Possible This Week
Here's a look into the upcoming weekend's forecast for those who have outdoor plans.
Welcome to the work week and for some students, the back-to-school week. We may see some storms before noon on Monday, Aug. 24, and then it’s mostly sunny for the rest of the day.
After midnight there is a chance for showers and thunderstorms.
The chance for storms continues all of Tuesday. Skies will be mostly cloudy with temps in the low- to mid-80s. The chance for storms on Tuesday is 50 percent, according to the National Weather Service.

From Wednesday through Sunday, sunshine is predicted for each day with temps around 80 degrees on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Temps will be a bit warmer on the weekend — low to mid-80s for most Connecticut towns.
