• 53-101-27D- East Hartford- Item 567- STILL AVAILABLE (ct.gov) — A 11.4-acre vacant, state-owned parcel in East Hartford near Lombardo, Sandra, and Patricia Drives is still available for purchase, pending DOT review and municipal right of first refusal. Zoned R-2 with full utilities and completed environmental testing, the land will be sold as-is, with price set after an updated appraisal and a $1,000 administrative fee added.
