• East Windsor Supermarket Expected To Open Soon (patch.com) — A new Aldi supermarket on Prospect Hill Road in East Windsor is nearly ready, with hiring underway and an opening expected as soon as October. The store, approved by local planners and permitted to seek a grocery beer license, will add jobs, shopping options, and potentially a future coffee shop to a busy commercial stretch near I-91.
