Family Physical Therapy will temporarily close its East Hampton office, located at 205 East High Street, effective January 1, 2014 until construction is completed at the facility. All East Hampton patients will be accommodated at Family Physical Therapy’s Colchester office, located at 7 Park Avenue in Colchester, CT. If the Colchester location is too difficult for patients to navigate to, Family Physical Therapy will work diligently to find a local healthcare provider for its patients.

Family Physical Therapy is fundamentally different than traditional physical therapy clinics. Our patient-centered approach allows for an intense focus on the individual during evaluation and treatment, finding the cause of pain. All of our treatment sessions are one-on-one provided by experienced, licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants – we do not utilize aides for treatment administrations.
