East Hampton Police Log: Heroin Possession; Larceny; Disorderly Conduct

East Hampton Police Department released the following arrest information. An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction. All individuals listed in our reports are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

11/2/14:

Ryan Holznagel, 27, of 17 Flatbrook Rd., East Hampton was arrested for Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

11/5/14:

A 15-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a summons for Larceny in the 6th Degree, Possession of Electronic Cigarettes, Possession of Marijuana less than 4 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

11/7/14:

Andres Chaparro, 39, of 157 Babeck Hill Rd., Coventry was issued a ticket for Speeding.

11/8/14:

Richard Ghagan, 66, of 28 Crestwood Drive, East Hampton was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Bradley Grant Everett, 28, of no certain address was arrested for Possession of Heroin and Possession of Marijuana and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Robert Demonte Jr., 42, of 13 Oak Knoll Rd., East Hampton was issued a summons for Operating an Unregistered and Uninsured Motor Vehicle and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

11/9/14:

Daniel B. Barton, 29, of 121 Ague Spring Rd., Haddam Neck was involved in a one car motor vehicle accident on Clark Hill Rd at its intersection with Stonegate Road. Barton was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Drive Right, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of less than ½ ounce of Marijuana. Barton is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

11/11/14:

Eric B. Steffman, 28 of 28 Staeth Rd., East Hampton and Elizabeth Steffman, 51 of the same address were issued summons for Disorderly Conduct. Both Eric and Elizabeth Steffman were scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

11/12/14:

Christopher Comisky, 51, of 123 Willow St., Wilkes-Barre, PA was issued a ticket for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Cell Phone.

11/13/14:

Jason Canterbury, 31, of 5 Bellevue St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under Suspension. Canterbury is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.
