After extensive work, the school will reopen for classes in September.

EAST HAMPTON, CT – Principal John Fidler told the Board of Education on Monday that 80 percent of East Hampton High School is brand new, according to the MIddletown Press.
As part of a $51 million project, the school has been renovated and expanded, according to the Middletown Press. Classes will resume for the fall on Sept. 6.
Nearly every public space has received treatment, with Fidler noting the library media center and cafeteria as being among the now unrecognizable spaces, the Middletown Press reported. Crews will be working on the old library between now and January before working on a parking lot.
