2 East Haven Police Officers Honored

Please join us in congratulating Detective Shirley Conyers and Officer Nick Adams who were awarded Certificates of Recognition at the annual BHcare Sound of Hope Ceremony this afternoon which honors victims and supports survivors of domestic violence.

Each person received a flower to toss into the harbor. The flowers represent the hopes and
struggles of the survivors as they strive to become free from violence.

The flower also gently reminds us of the lives that have been taken from us due to domestic violence.

Thank you Detective Conyers and Officer Adams for your outstanding service to victims of domestic violence within our community.
