Summertime Herbs: Discovering the Medicine of Summer Presented by Clinical Herbalist Nora Toomey

Learn about the health benefits of summertime herbs! Clinical Herbalist Nora Toomey will explain how summertime herbs offer significant health benefits, including digestion support, natural cooling, hydration, and high antioxidant levels to fight inflammation.
Nora Toomey is a Writer and Clinical Herbalist. She has an MFA in poetry from California College of the Arts, and a Clinical Herbalist Certification from the Berkeley Herbal Center. In 2020, Nora co-founded the plant and sound wellness company, Flower & Frequency while developing her private practice and herbal product line, True Bloom. She has enjoyed volunteering with the People’s Medicine Project, working at the Berkeley Herbal Center’s Community Clinic, writing for the Herbal Academy, and developing herbal programming for public libraries and senior centers across CT, NY, MA, and RI.
