East Haven Arrests for Feb. 29 to March 6

Gina Desorbo, 21, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged March 6 with failing to respond to an infraction. A bond of $103 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court March 21. In a separate arrest the same day, Desorbo was charged with disorderly conduct. A bond of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court March 7.
Melinda Graveline, 22, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged March 5 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor, second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond of $5,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court March 21.
Ramon Johnson, 24, of Winthrop Avenue in New Haven, was charged March 4 with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny, third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary and fourth-degree conspiracy to commute larceny. A bond of $10,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in March 21.
Robert William Vitale, 22, River Street in East Haven, was charged March 4 with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint. A bond of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 5.
Luis Ledesma, 36, of Townsend Avenue in New Haven, was charged March 3 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving in an improper lane and operating a motor vehicle without a license. A bond of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 22.
Shawn Carr, 19, of Henry Street of East Haven, was charged March 2 with disorderly conduct, two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening. A bond of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 5.
Fred Emond, 63, of Birch Lane in East Haven, was charged March 2 with disorderly conduct. A bond of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 5.
Georgia O. Spencer, 46, of Putnam Avenue in Hamden, was charged March 1 with disorderly conduct. A bond of $500 was set and she was expected to appear in court March 2.
Guiseppe Angileri, 36, of South East Street in Suffield, was charged March 1 with second-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court on March 1.
Lacara Shanice Reddick, 23, of West Ivy Street in New Haven, was charged Feb. 29 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond of $500 was set had she was scheduled to appear in court March 7.
Carl Perez, 55, of Taylor Avenue in East Haven, was charged Feb. 29 with second-degree threatening. No bond was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 7.
Michelle Reddick, 42, of West Ivy Street in East Haven, was charged Feb. 29 with sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. A bond of $1,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court March 7.
Andrew Garcia, 18, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Feb. 29 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. No bond was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 7.
Segundo Ramon, 42, of Gerrish Avenue in East Haven, was charged Feb. 29 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and interfering with a police officer. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 29.
