Anthony N. Goraieb, 56, of Grove Street is charged with violation of probation, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Jakson L Onofre, 30, of Hemingway Avenue is charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, and second-degree strangulation.

Theresa Lucibello, 61, of Eastern Street in New Haven is charged with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility and sixth-degree larceny.

Mohamed Ali Haider, 29, of Dora Drive is charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree assault, and two counts of third-degree assault.

Jason Fuller, 24, of Crest Avenue is charged with third-degree illegally possessing child pornography.
