Melissa Davis-salgado, 51, of Palmetto Trail is charged with disorderly conduct.

Mariceli Ortiz-valentin, 42, of Charter Oak Avenue is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and interfering with an officer.

Justin Tuthill, 34, of Borrmann Road is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.

Edward Pasquale Villecco, 29, of Strong Street Ext is charged with second-degree failure to appear.
