Michael Carrera, 60, of Tuttle Place is charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Alexis Ortega, 21, of Woolsey Street in New Haven is charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Joseph Paul Bertier, 45, of Union Avenue is charged with third-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny.

Tremaine Darell Ward, 40, of Mark Lane in Waterbury is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Richard Moras, 37, of Dodge Avenue is charged with cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation, and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Samuel Kirkpatrick Crain, 27, of S Park Avenue in Easton is charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility, illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first-degree criminal mischief, and sixth-degree larceny.

Matthew M Gambardella, 39, of Willow Street in Cheshire is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
