Joseph Porter, 25, of Union Avenue is charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Quintina Calero-mendoza, 36, of Hunting Hill Avenue in Middletown is charged with use of motor vehicle without permission.

Laura B Canby, 36, of Potuccos Ring Road is charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Michael Thomas Canby, 34, of Spindle Hill Road in Wolcott is charged with second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order, third-degree sexual assault, and second-degree unlawful restraint.
