Sylvester Randolph Carney, 22, of Saltonstall Parkway, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 5

Alex Williams, 21, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, was charged with patronizing a prostitute.

Leah McNellis, 29, of Knorr Road, Monroe, was charged with prostitution.

Simone Saffo, 35, of Mansfield Grover, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Lindsey Hopkins, 41, of Ladshaw Drive, Madison, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Daniel Paul Frizell, 32, of Pershing Street, was charged with sale and possession of a controlled substance.
