Jose Sarmiento, 39, of High Street, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Laura D. Codeanne, 50, of Bethany, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 15

Shamon M. Greene, 34, of Blake Court, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Frazier Allen Inigo, 39, of Forbes Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Robert William Ende, 32, of Coe Avenue, was charged with second-degree larceny and third-degree robbery.
