Jan. 23

Linda Santino, 56, of Messina Drive, was charged with driving under the influence.

Jonathan Perdue, 31, of Pine Street, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Keondre Voshawn Ward, 22, of George Street, New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Aaliyah Clark, 22, of Messina Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Raen Session, 28, with no address listed, was charged with reckless driving, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Jan. 25

Franklin Garcia, 39, of Gerrish Avenue, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Nicola J. Difroscia, 59, of Warwick Street, New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

Alexania Angela Pelkey, 25, of Hellstrom Road, was charged with evading responsibility and second-degree breach of peace.

Zachary Andrew Dobrowski, 32, of West Rock Avenue, New Haven, was charged with two counts of violation of probation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, use of drug paraphernalia, and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jannette Valentin, 57, with no address listed, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Jan. 27

Charles Levey, 58, of Oxbow Road, Durham, was charged with evading responsibility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Ismael Rojas, 39, of Judith Terrace, New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence.

John W. Coughlin, 65, of Thompson Street, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Jan. 28

Robert Thomas Cave, 36, of Mill Road, was charged with driving under the influence and second-degree assault with a motor vehicle.

Michael Dogolo, 54, of Rabbit Rock Court, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.
