Frank W. Zito, 52, of Hellstrom Road is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Anthony Porter, 25, of Union Avenue is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Luis Calva-Gomez, 30, of Ferry Street in New Haven is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and second-degree assault.

Christopher Donohoe, 56, of Vineyard Road in Hamden is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Kevin A. Schiff, 22, of Hill Street is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Alison L Barstein, 33, of Lakeview Avenue in West Haven, is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
