Justin A. Torello, 36, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and sixth-degree larceny.

Louis Anthony Giangrande, 46, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, and disorderly conduct.
March 23
Anthony Ledesma-Jara, 18, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
March 24
Amy Maria Mucha, 42, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Robert Alexis Torres, 21, of New Haven, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance.
Richard Tropiano, 71, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.
Brittany Leigh Torello, 39, of North Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault/elderly/other victim.
Taylor Brooke Ocskasy, 20, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat.
