Rebecca Liscio, 21, of Old Country Lane in Milford is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Lakeysha Bowens, 43, of Winthrop Avenue in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.

Anthony D London, 56, of George Street in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
