Emilio L. Naclerio, 73, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew Thomas Rybak, 42, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jose Isael Santiago, 26, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Devonte Lonelle Smith, 32, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and sixth-degree larceny.

Guy Brasile, 58, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
