Justin A. Torello, 36, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

March 5

Mohamed Ahmed Hosny, 24, of East Haven, was charged with illegal possession of an assault weapon.

March 7

Emilio L. Naclerio, 73, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew Thomas Rybak, 42, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

March 8

Jose Isael Santiago, 26, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Devonte Lonelle Smith, 32, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and sixth-degree larceny.

March 9

Guy Brasile, 58, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Ibrahim B. Balik, 61, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Noel David Marrero, 41, of New Haven, was charged with three counts of Failure to Appear in the First Degree and Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.

Magiver Mario Cabrera, 18, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree kidnapping and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Dwayne Lee, 32, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening, interfering with an emergency call, and second-degree breach of peace.

Daniel Quoka, 34, of East Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Robert Joseph Buck, 56, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Frankie Jay Alvarez, 20, of East Haven, was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

Allison Apuzzo, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

John Fuentes, 37, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.
