Robert Northrop, 26, of Dell Drive is charged with second-degree harassment and violating a standing criminal protective order.

Robert J Dargento, 36, is charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and third-degree strangulation.

Thomas Martin Brockett, 42, of Bradley Avenue is charged with second-degree failure to appear.
