Marie E Swanson, 37, of Monticello Drive in Branford is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Miguel A Bonilla, 61, of Nelson Street in New Haven is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Zachary Scott, 29, of Hemingway Avenue is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Paul Acampora, 31, of Williams Street in Danielson is charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Kevin B Owens, 58, of Silver Sands Road is charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.
