Charles Monte, 19, of Notch Hill Road, North Branford was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, engaging in a police pursuit, resisting arrest and evading responsibility.
James Hally, 42, of Foote Road, was charged with third-degree larceny.

Anne T. Candela, 41, of Stevens Street, was charged with operating under the influence.
Nov. 15
Mark Lamondos Hill, 49, of Gregory Street, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Nov. 16
Richard Wayne Bias, 32, of Borman Road, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and drinking while driving.
George Robert Arabolos, 63, with no address listed, was charged with operating under the influence.
Mohamed A. Haider, 30, of Hemingway Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Nicholas E. Scully, 36, of Warpas Road, Madison, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Nov. 17
Albert Labobte, 47, of Atwater Street Extension, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Nov. 18
Victoria Cameron, 34, of Deerfield Street, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
