Michael Carrera, 61, of Tuttle Place, was charged with possession of drugs with the intent to sell.

Joshua John Bethke, 32, of North High Street, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Picagli, 55, of Lenox Street, New Haven, third-degree criminal attempt/burglary, possession of burglar tools, and third-degree criminal trespass.

Kimberly Ann Rispoli, 42, of Glenmoor Drive, was charged with being a non-student in possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia near a school.

Nov. 22

Michael James Michaud, 57, of Cosey Beach Avenue, was charged with driving under the influence.

Nov. 24

Betzaida Rodriguez, 46, of East Avenue, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Phillip Filameno Juliani, 52, of Brown Road, was charged with resisting arrest/interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Nov. 25

Victoria Elizabeth Freire-Prieto, 34, of Fillmore Street, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Maurice Mitchell, 37, of West Helen Street, Hamden, was charged with possession of narcotics, and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.He was released on $50,000 bond and is due in court Dec. 12 in New Haven.

Jayla Leigh Torres, 18, of Second Avenue, West Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and tampering with evidence. She was released on $5,000 bond and is also due in court Dec. 12 in New Haven.

Nov. 26

John William Coughlin, 65, with no address listed, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Elizabeth Marie Pires, 23, of Cornelius Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Shawn Michael Mariano, 31, of Thompson Street, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
