Jonathan Oliver, 28, of New Haven, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Rayquan Lamar Livingston, 23, of Meriden, was charged with failure to appear in court.

Rebecca Ann Buecher, 54, of no address listed was charged with driving under the influence.
