Warren D Lowery, 29, of Howard Avenue in New Haven is charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree strangulation, and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Shawn Francis Joseph Supple, 33, of Coventington, Georgia is charge with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Marcia Cerrone, 42, of Osmond Street is charged with evading responsibility and illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Gary Lucibella, 53, of Cosey Beach Avenue is charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

Jamie Nastasia, 40, of Waldo Street is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

William Pagan, 18, of Florence Road is charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.
