East Haven Police Arrest Log:

Louis Pilotti, 30, of Taylor Avenue is charged with second-degree larceny and first-degree robbery.

Paris James, 28, of Prospect Road is charged with violation of probation, second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of disorderly conduct, and two counts of second-degree threatening.

Gabriel Emerson Martucci, 19, of Mill Road in North Haven is charged with third-degree larceny.

Debra L Penta, 60, of Thornton Drive is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Nicholas Anthony Modena, 24, of Bradford Avenue is charged with possession with intent to sell, operation of a drug factory, and controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school.
