East Haven Police Officer Puts Smile On Child's Face

EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven Police Department Sgt. Joe Mulhern deserves a massive round of applause for his kind-hearted gesture that put a smile on a local child's face.

While cruising around town, Sergeant Joe Mulhern noticed that his friend Shawn was always hanging out with his friends, but never had a bike of his own to keep up with them. So Sergeant Mulhern took matters into his own hands.

The Sarge decided to go home and grab a bike from his shed.
