EAST HAVEN, CT — Police are searching for two suspects who allegedly robbed the AT&T store on Foxon Boulevard Saturday.
Authorities received a 911 call reporting the robbery around 10:40 a.m. When police arrived on scene, they determined that two men, one of whom was armed, entered the store and ordered an employee and customer to go to the back room and sit on the ground.
The two suspects emptied the safe of iPhones and also stole an unspecified amount of cash. The suspect with a handgun pointed it at a woman who entered the store at the time of the robbery, surveillance footage showed.

The suspects fled in a silver Nissan Maxima with Massachusetts plates towards New Haven. The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied in the area of Shelton Avenue and Goodrich Street in New Haven.
The suspects are described as two black males, approximately 5-feet-10 inches tall between 215 and 240 pounds. One was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with dark jeans and the other a blue "Champion" hooded sweatshirt with dark jeans. The suspect in the "Champion" sweatshirt was in possession of the handgun.
